The problem: When the mask is taken off
the hearing aid gets caught and is torn from the ear
THIS IS HOW IT IS DONE
1. pull the upper bands of the mask upwards
2. then pull the straps backwards at the same height
3. Sideways, in a large arc under the tension, pull forward and take off the mask
4. Check if the hearing aid(s) is still sitting correctly.
USEFUL TIPS
Take your time:
If possible, remove the mask at your leisure.
The less you pull on the mask when wearing it, the lower the risk of losing the hearing aid.

What to do with the mask when it is taken off?
Always look for the same place in your pocket and also at home where you store your mask. Regular washing and hot ironing drives away possible viruses. Disposable masks should not be reused if possible.
For spectacle wearers, the following applies when setting off:
First take out the mask, then the glasses and finally the hearing aid.

If you find a hearing aid, it is best to leave it at the hearing care professional around the corner. Each device is unique, has a serial number and can be reassigned to its owner.
